Device registration
When using Mobile Banking each device can only be registered to one customer.
This means that if you and another person use the same device, only one of you will be able to use the app registered on the device. The other person will need to use a different device for Mobile Banking.
To allow the app to be registered to your device, a One Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent.
Once you have received the One Time Passcode (OTP) you will be prompted to enter it.
Never share an OTP with another person, not even a Santander employee.
Once you have submitted the OTP you’ll be taken to a screen that shows that the device is being registered.
Registration is complete when you see the message ‘Device registered and secure’.
