Manage payment limit
To get started, tap ‘More’ in the bottom-right corner.
Choose ‘Manage payment limit’.
You’ll see your current payment limit at the top of the screen.
If you want to amend this limit, click ‘Change payment limit’.
Add the new payment limit you want to set.
The limit must be between £0.01 and £25,000.
We’ll ask whether you’re increasing your payment limit because someone’s told you to move your money to a new or safe account. If someone has, then click ‘Cancel change’ and contact us – this will be a scam.
If not, then tick the box and click ‘Confirm change’.
You'll now need to confirm the change with your Touch ID or Face ID if you've set that up. Alternatively, we'll ask you to enter your Security Number or send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the mobile phone registered to your account.
Your payment limit has now been changed.
When you want to make a payment in Mobile or Online Banking, the transaction value will be capped at your new limit.
