The HomeFact condition report tells you about the condition of the property, including any potential issues and defects before you buy. Available in branch or by phone (not online). Not available on new build properties.
  • Free valuation and £1,000 cashback (not available online) – free standard valuation on a property valued up to £2.5million. It lets us make sure the property is worth the amount you’re paying for it. £1,000 cashback is paid on completion and must be repaid if you pay off your mortgage within two years.
  • Free valuation - On a property valued up to £2.5 million, saving you on average £430 (based on internal data). It lets us make sure the property is worth the amount you’re paying for it. 
  • Free valuation and £250 cashback - Free standard valuation on a property valued up to £2.5 million, saving you on average £430 (based on internal data). It lets us make sure the property is worth the amount you’re paying for it. £250 cashback is paid on completion and must be repaid if you pay off your mortgage within the first two years.
  • Free valuation and standard legals paid - Free standard valuation on a property valued up to £2.5 million, saving you on average £430 (based on internal data). It lets us make sure the property is worth the amount you’re paying for it. We pay your standard legal fees (worth £200). They must be repaid if you repay your mortgage within the first two years.
