Our Investment Hub makes it simple to open a stocks and shares ISA or investment account, as well as view and manage any existing investments you may have with us. It also connects to Online Banking, allowing you to see all your money with Santander in one place.

To start or manage your investment online, you need to register for the Investment Hub. The process differs depending on whether or not you already use Online Banking.
Register for the Investment Hub, and we'll automatically connect your investment to your Online Banking. You'll be able to see your investment alongside your other accounts. Registration usually takes 24 hours, subject to security checks.
Register for the Investment Hub, and we'll automatically set you up with Online Banking. We'll send your Personal ID, Security Number and Password in the post within 5 working days, and you'll be able to access your investments with these details.
You'll also be able to access the Investment Hub before your Online Banking details arrive using the temporary access we'll email once you successfully register.
If you've forgotten your Online Banking details, you can reset them online or call us on 0800 917 9170 or +44 (0)1908 237 963 if you live outside the UK.
To reset your details online, you will need:
- details of either your debit card, credit card, banking or savings account number and sort code
- access to your mobile phone, so we can send you a One Time Passcode (OTP)
Our UK lines are open from 7am to 9pm on Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 9pm on Sunday.
Our international lines are open 8am to 9pm on Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm on Saturday (GMT).
