Already joined the Investment Hub, but got a question?

Where can I find the Investment Hub and how do I access it?

You can find the Investment Hub in your Online Banking

Once you have registered for the Investment Hub, we'll automatically connect it to your Online Banking, you will find it in your list of accounts, click the words ‘Investment Hub’ and the Investment Hub will open in a new window.

Investment Hub registration usually takes 24 hours, subject to security checks.

Setting up a Direct Debit to an Investment Hub account

Log onto your Investment Hub and click ’My Options‘ on the right-hand side. Choose ‘manage payments‘ then ’Set Up Regular Payment’.

You’ll then be asked to input the frequency, date and amount of the payment and to choose which bank account it should come from. Once you have done this click on ’Continue’.

The next screen lets you choose the fund you want to pay into. Click on the + symbol to the right of the fund and then type the amount you want to set up as your Direct Debit. You can repeat this step as necessary to pay into multiple funds. When you’re done click ’Continue‘ to go to the review screen and double check all the information.

You’ll see two documents in red, a Key Information Document (KID)/ Key Investor Information Document (KIID) and a ‘Full Cost and Charges’. To proceed, you have to open and read these documents so that you learn about the funds and any costs associated with investing. When you’ve read them, the red links will turn green and if you’re still happy to continue, tick the box to confirm and click ‘submit’.

When you need access to your money:

  • If you’re withdrawing cash from the Investment Hub it will take 1 working day to arrive in a verified bank account.
  • If the money is from an investment fund they have to be sold first, and the money from these fund(s) has to clear into your Investment Hub account. So the money can take up to 6 working days to arrive into your verified bank account.

When you first open the Investment Hub, we send you a ‘Confirmation of Registration Request’ letter, asking you to sign and return it to us to allow you full access to the Investment Hub.

If you don’t have the option to ‘withdraw cash’ on the ‘My Options’ drop down, then we’ve not yet received this letter back from you. If you don’t have the letter to return to us, call us on 0800 328 1328 (option 2) and we’ll send you another copy.

We collect your Platform Service Fee twice a year. You can easily set up a variable, one-off or regular Direct Debit online to pay your fees.

You can set up a Direct Debit from your Investment Hub home page by going to 'Settings' then 'Banking Details' and following the instructions.

If you don't set up a Direct Debit or add sufficient cash to your Cash Only Account we’ll need to take your fees from any cash held in your Investment Hub account. If there isn’t enough cash in your account, we’ll need to sell some of your investments to cover the fees due.
