Completing your loan application is a two-step process:
You’ll need your application reference number to log in. It starts with OLA and then has six digits. You can find it on the final screen of your online application and in the email that we sent you following your application.
Signing your loan agreement
When you’re accepted for a Santander loan, you’ll need to log in and sign your loan agreement by clicking the link below
Releasing your funds
Once you’ve signed your loan agreement (step 1), you’ll need to come back to this page to release your funds with the code we sent you in the post.
If you haven’t received the letter containing the code to release your loan funds, you can request another by clicking the ‘Release my funds’ button above, logging in and choosing ‘Resend code’. A replacement code will be posted to you and should arrive within 3 days. Please note you can only request a replacement code once, after this you’ll need to start your personal loan application again. If you want to begin another application you’ll need to contact us to cancel your original application.
