1. Find your reference number

It looks something like this example: OLA12345678. 
You can find it: 

  • on the final screen of your online application 
  • in the email that we sent you, or
  • in the letter containing the code to release your loan funds.

2. Sign your agreement

Log in with your reference number and sign your loan agreement.

3. Release your funds

A day or so after you sign your agreement you should receive a code from us in the post. Log in again and enter the code. This will release your loan funds into the account you chose when you applied. 

 

If you haven’t received the letter containing the code to release your loan funds, you can request another. You’ll need to:

  • Log in 
  • Choose ‘Resend code’

A replacement code should arrive in the post within 3 days. 

For your security, you can only request a replacement code once. If you lose the second code you’ll have to contact us to cancel your original application and start a new personal loan application. 

You only have 3 attempts to enter your code correctly. After 3 attempts you’ll be locked out and will need to request a new code by following the steps in the ‘No code’ section.

Enter your personal details correctly

When you log on, make sure you enter your personal details accurately.

If you enter your details incorrectly 5 times, you’ll be locked out and will need contact us to cancel your application then start a new one.
