Paper free and e-Documents
In this demo we will show you how you can access and change your paper-free settings in our mobile banking app, and also where you can find your documents which you will be able to access whether you choose to go paper-free or not.
To change your paper-free settings, start from the home screen. Tap ‘More’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
From the ‘More’ menu, click ‘My details and settings’.
Choose ‘Paper-free preferences’ from the 'My details and settings' menu.
Click the blue toggle on ‘Go paper-free on all accounts’ to switch all your eligible accounts to paper-free. If you’d only like to go paper-free for certain accounts, you can adjust these settings individually from the ‘Your eligible accounts’ section.
You’ll then see a message letting you know that your paper-free preferences have been saved. From here you can choose to view your statements and documents, or you can close the message.
You can see if your paper-free preferences are switched on as the toggle will be green. You can revert back to getting documents by post any time you like.
If you’d like to look at your statements and documents, go back to the ‘My details and settings’ menu and choose ‘Statements and documents’.
In your ‘Statements and documents’ inbox, you can view your documents by clicking on them.
Once you've tapped on a document, it'll open in a PDF viewer. To download it, tap on the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Once the PDF's downloaded, you can print it off.
You can keep track of documents in your inbox by marking them as 'Read' or 'Unread'. Click ‘Select’ near the top of the screen, then pick a document and choose 'Mark as Unread' or 'Mark as Read' at the bottom of the screen.
To find a specific document, click ‘Sort’ near the top of the screen and choose how you want your results to be ordered.
You can also click ‘Filter’ at the top of the screen to sort through your inbox. You can search by account type, document type, and within a specific date range.
