















Change your details
You can change your phone number, email address and address in the app. Tap on the menu in the top right-hand corner.
Tap ‘My Details’.
Tap on the detail you want to change.
Change your email address
If you tapped on your email address in ‘My details’, you’ll be able to enter a new email address.
You’ll be asked to verify your email address. You’ll be sent a code to your email address. Then we’ll ask you to confirm your ID. This can be done in different ways including biometrics, PIN or photo ID.
Once you’ve confirmed your ID, you’ll see a message letting you know your email address has been changed.
Change your mobile number
If you tapped on your mobile number in ‘my details’, you’ll be able to change your mobile number to a UK phone number.
You can enter your new number in the mobile number box. If the number is in the wrong format, we’ll let you know.
We’ll check your new mobile number with you by sending you a code, then we’ll confirm your ID. This could be using biometrics, your Mobile Banking PIN or photo ID.
Once you’ve confirmed your ID, you’ll see a message letting you know your mobile number has been changed.
Change your address
If you tapped on your address in ‘My details’, you’ll start the change my address process.
You can only update your own address.
You’ll need to contact us to change your address if you’re moving:
- to a home with a shared post box
- outside the UK
- to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address
- and you have Power of Attorney, in trust or children’s accounts.
You can change your address for most of your accounts in the app. If you have insurance or a mortgage with us, the app will explain how to change your address on these as well.
Pop your postcode in the address finder and then select the correct address from the list.
Tap ‘Continue’ if you’re happy with the selected address. Or you can tap ‘Choose a different address.’
If you’re happy with the new address, tap ‘confirm’. We’ll then do a security check.
If you want to edit the address tap ‘change’. You can tap ‘cancel’ if you don’t want to proceed.
Once your address has changed, we’ll confirm this in the app. If you have insurance or a mortgage with us, we’ll tell you how to change your address for these.
