One set of details, three ways to bank
We’ve made some changes to the way your log on details work to make it even more secure and allow you to use one set of log on details to access Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking.
To log on you will now need:
Online Banking: You’ll be asked to enter your Personal ID, along with 3 characters from your Password and 3 digits from your Security Number.
Mobile Banking: You’ll be asked to enter your Security Number or log on with your fingerprint/face
Telephone Banking: You’ll be asked to enter your Personal ID and your full Security Number. For certain transactions you may also need your Password.
