Every year one in four of us will experience a mental health problem
We understand that mental health problems can be frightening and you may find the issue difficult to talk about. We want you to know that we're here to help and support you with your financial affairs.
With this in mind, we have been working hard to deliver training to our staff to help recognise mental health issues and identify how we can offer support. As part of this training, Santander has signed up to the Mindful Employer Charter and the Time to Change pledge which focuses on helping de-stigmatising mental ill health issues. The first thing to do is to talk to us, as there are a number of things we can do to try to help you:
