Your mental health and wellbeing

We can help if you're worried about your finances.

If you think your mental health could be affected, you may notice some of these signs:

  • experiencing anxiety when thinking about your finances
  • worrying about bills
  • lack of or no sleep because you are thinking about your finances, and
  • guilt when spending money.

If you’re worried about your mental health and finances here are some of the ways we can help.
