What’s an EnergyFact report?

Our free EnergyFact home energy report, in partnership with Countrywide Surveying Services, shows what green improvements you could make to help reduce your home’s carbon footprint. Residential homes account for 22% of the UK’s carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, which is the most common greenhouse gas (source: National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory).

Your tailored report will show you how your home could be improved and what work would be needed as a result. It’ll also highlight how you could potentially save money and increase the comfort and warmth of your home while helping to reduce the effects of climate change.

Am I eligible?

You’ll automatically qualify for a free home energy report if you already have a mortgage with us and you’re applying in branch, over the phone or online to:

  • move home and keep your mortgage with us, or
  • borrow more money to carry out home improvements.

How can I get one?

You can download your free digital home energy-saving action plan as a PDF to your mobile device or PC.

You’ll be sent a link to an online form where you’ll be able to view your EnergyFact report once you’ve answered a few easy questions about your property.
