1. Entry is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Santander UK plc who are directly involved with the prize draw.
    
2. The Promoter is Santander UK plc (“the Promoter”).
    
3. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.
    
4. There are 50 prizes in total (“the Prize”):
   • 50 prizes of two ODEON cinema ticket vouchers to see F1® THE MOVIE, plus £100 cash.
      

Winners will be chosen at random.
F1® THE MOVIE is provided by Warner Bros. Pictures. Warner Bros. Pictures is owned by Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, a division of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.

5. No other alternatives to the Prize will be offered.
    
6. In order to be entered into the prize draw, you must:
   • Be a Santander UK personal current account and/or savings account customer.
   • Hold a combined balance across all your Santander current and/or savings accounts of £100+.
   • Hold this balance of £100+ on 30 June 2025.
   • Have opted in to the prize draw. You can do this in two ways:
     • Via Products & Offers in the Santander mobile banking app.
     • Directly from the prize draw email you may have received from us.
   • Keep your account(s) open until the winners are drawn.
      
7. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 30 June 2025.
    
8. Only 1 entry can be made per person.
    
9. The winning entry will be randomly selected on or before 11 July 2025 and will be notified by telephone before 18 July 2025.
    
10. The winner’s surname and county will be available on request after 18 July 2025 for 365 days subject to the winners’ consent. The winner’s information and winning entry (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute.
     
11. If the winner consents, the promoter may publish their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
     
12. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
13. The Prize will be provided by Santander UK plc. The Prize is transferable at the winner’s discretion.
     
14. The Prize will be provided to the winners as follows:
    • ODEON vouchers will be provided by the Promoter to the winner’s email address, with the £100 cash being credited directly to the winner’s Santander personal current/savings account.
       
15. Conditions of use for The Prize:
    • Voucher code may be exchanged for one ticket with a standard seat to view F1® THE MOVIE 2D showing at any ODEON cinema in the UK EXCEPT the following cinemas:
    • Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at ODEON.co.uk and on the myODEON app.
    • In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk or retail counter.
    • This voucher will not incur a booking fee.
    • Not valid for Premier seats, Club seats, D-Box seats, VIP seats, super luxury seats, any other premium priced seating unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the 
      recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.
    • Not valid for premium screening types such as 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema.
    • Not valid at ODEON Luxe Leicester Square or ODEON Luxe and Dine Islington. Not valid on ODEON Event Cinema, premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.
    • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
    • Voucher code will expire within 12 months of issue date or when the film has stopped being scheduled at ODEON cinemas.
    • Voucher code is for your personal use only.
    • Voucher code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services.
    • Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms.

16. If we are unable to contact a winner by telephone, or a winner does not accept their prize, the prize will be returned to Santander UK PLC. No further winners will be drawn.
     
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or close the prize draw without prior notice, in extreme circumstances, and the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
     
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any prize.
     
20. Trademarks, logos, product and retailer names are the property of their respective owner.
     
21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on the laws or England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
     
22. The Promoter and Warner Bros. Pictures will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent.
