These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern our ‘Edge Explorer £150 hotel voucher offer’. The offer starts on 30 June 2026 and lasts until we withdraw it (see general term 4).
The Promoter is Santander UK plc (‘The Promoter’).
Vouchers are administered and managed by TLC Marketing Worldwide UK Ltd (‘TLC’).
Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this
promotion.
How to qualify
To qualify for the £150 hotel voucher, you must:
Complete one of two options, on or after 30 June 2026, and before the offer is withdrawn (see general term 4):
- Open a new Santander Edge Explorer current account
- Transfer your existing Santander current account a Santander Edge Explorer current account.
Continue to hold your Santander Edge Explorer current account on the date you receive your reward.
Be 18-73 years old and live in the UK permanently
Meet the Santander Edge Explorer current account eligibility criteria
You won’t qualify for the offer if:
- You already held an Edge Explorer account on 29 June 2026
- You don’t have a registered email address on your Santander profile
- You’re a direct member of Santander staff
The Reward
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be able to claim the Reward which is £150 credit towards a hotel booking through TLC’s voucher portal.
We’ll check your account 60 days after you open or transfer it. If you qualify, we’ll email you a unique registration code within an additional 30 days of checking your account
You’ll have 60 days from the date of receiving the code to redeem your reward.
How to redeem your reward
Within 60 days from the date of receiving your code, you’ll need to visit TLC’s voucher portal and register
to claim your reward. You’ll need to give your:
- Full name & title
- Current valid email address
- Unique registration code
You will not be asked for your sort code and account number.
If your claim is approved, within 3 working days of registration, you’ll receive an email from TLC to the email address you provided at registration, with details of how to access your reward.
Only 1 code will be sent per account, if you opened or transferred a joint account, you’ll receive one £150 hotel voucher for the account. If a joint account, the code will be sent to the first named person on the account.
This offer entitles you to £150 credit towards TLCs hotel booking system subject to TLC’s terms and conditions.
General terms
1. In these Terms, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Santander UK plc.
2. In these Terms, ‘you’ means the person named on the account.
3. The offer isn’t transferable.
4. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or replace this offer at any time and without notice to you.
5. Trademarks, logos, product and retailer names are the property of their respective owner.
6. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on the laws or England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read together with, the terms and conditions contained in the TLC Marketing Worldwide UK Ltd Santander reward terms and Conditions, our specific product Terms and Conditions and the Key Facts Document which govern the Santander account that you’ve opened.
When will I get my £150 hotel voucher?
We'll email you with a link and a registration code between 60 - 90 days of opening/transferring your Edge Explorer current account. Use that email to activate your £150 hotel voucher within 60 days. If you don’t activate it, your voucher will expire.
How long do I have to use my £150 hotel voucher?
We’ll email you within 90 days of opening/transferring your Edge Explorer current account. Use the code and link in that email to activate your voucher within 60 days of the email date. If you don’t activate it in time, you lose the right to your voucher. Once activated, you’ll have 6 months to use your voucher on a hotel booking.
I have a joint account, how many vouchers will we get?
Only 1 code will be sent per account, if you opened or transferred a joint account, you’ll receive 1 hotel voucher for the account. The code will be sent to the first named person on the account.
