How does the £50 cashback offer work, in other words, the T&Cs?
You must hold a personal current account or a savings account with us and:
- Fund your account with £100 by the 30 November 2026.
- Account balance must be at least £100 at midnight on the 30 November 2026.
You’ll only be eligible for this offer if we’ve contacted you about it.
Getting your £50
We'll add the £50 to your account by midnight on 31 December 2026.
The £50 is limited to one payment per customer.
Joint accounts can only receive one £50 payment.

Eligibility

To qualify for the payment of £50, you must credit a minimum of £100 to your specified personal current account or savings account and maintain a balance of at least £100 at midnight on 30 November 2026.

Promotional period
The promotion will run from 3 November 2026 until midnight on 30 November 2026. A minimum of £100 credited in a personal current account or savings account during the promotional period and this balance maintained when the promotional period ends will qualify for the promotion £50.
Payment
- Payment of the £50 incentive will be credited only to open accounts.
- The £50 incentive will be paid by 31 December 2026
- The payment will have a transaction description of “SANTANDER PROMOTIONAL PAYMENT”.
