Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Summary

This prize draw is open to customers holding a Santander personal current account, who have opted in to the prize draw. Customers can gain up to 3 entries into each month’s draw, one for each of the following:

• Having a balance of £100+ at the end of the month in any Santander personal current account.
• Having a balance of £100+ at the end of the month in any Santander personal savings account, excluding cahoot.
• Making at least 1 credit card transaction during the month.

Prize draw will run until 31 December 2026.
 

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Santander UK plc who are directly involved with the prize draw.

2. The Promoter is Santander UK plc (“the Promoter”) Registered Office: 2 Triton Square, Regent's Place, London, NW1 3AN, United Kingdom.

3. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.

4. The Prize Draw will start in August 2026 and continue until 31 December 2026.

The prizes 

5. There are 353 prizes in total each month:

• 1 x winner of £25,000.
• 2 x winners of £10,000.
• 50 x winners of £500.
• 300 x winners of £100.

6. Winners will be chosen at random, with the prizes being drawn as ordered above. 

7. Prizes are not transferable and no other alternatives to the Prize will be offered.

8. Additional prizes may be included on a month-by-month basis. The Promoter reserves the right to include additional entries on a month-by-month basis for customers meeting specified criteria.

9. Maximum of one prize per month per customer.

December bonus prize
 

10. In addition to the monthly prizes, there will be a single additional prize of £250,000 in December 2026.

•  December’s £250,000 prize will be drawn based on your total monthly entries throughout 2026. For example, if you’ve received 9 entries to the monthly prize draws, since you became eligible and entered, you will gain 9 entries to win December’s £250,000 prize.
• The remaining prizes in December’s prize draw will be drawn as stated above.
   

Eligibility

11. In order to be entered into each month’s prize draw, you must:

• Be a Santander UK personal current account customer.
• Have opted in to the prize draw by 23:59 on the last day of the month to be in the prize draw for that month. You can enter in three ways:
  • Via Products & Offers in the Santander mobile banking app.
  • Via interstitials in the mobile app or online banking.
  • Customers who are unable to opt in using digital channels can enter in branch or by calling the Santander contact centre.
  • Customers can withdraw at any time via My Offers in the mobile banking App.
  • You are only required to enter once. After opting in, you will be entered into each monthly draw up to and including December 2026, unless you opt out.
• Your current account must be open when winners are drawn and prizes paid.
   

12. Customers will gain an entry into each month’s prize draw for each of the following:

• Having a balance of £100+ at 23:59 on the last day of the month in any Santander personal current account.
• Having a balance of £100+ at 23:59 on the last day of the month in any Santander personal savings account, excluding cahoot.

• Making at least 1 credit card transaction during the calendar month.

   

Maximum of 3 entries per customer per month. For example, if you hold a joint current account, and a separate current account and savings account in a single name, both parties will receive an entry for an eligible current account plus the savings account holder will receive an additional entry, if the savings account is eligible. 

Winners

13. The winners will be randomly selected using a digital program.

• Winners of £10,000 or more will be notified by telephone, email and, where possible, our mobile banking app by the last working day of the following month.
• Winners of less than £10,000 will be notified, where possible, by email and our mobile banking app interstitial by the last working day of the following month.
• All prizes will be paid to the winners’ Santander current account by the last working day of the following month.
• If a winner holds more than one Santander current account, the prize will be paid to the most recently opened account, including joint accounts.
• If we are unable to pay the prize as the winners’ personal current accounts are closed, or a winner declines their prize, no further winner will be selected and the prize will be returned to Santander UK plc.

14. The winners’ surname and county will be available on request after 23/01/2027 for 365 days subject to the winners’ consent. The winner’s information must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute.

15. If the winner consents, the Promoter may publish their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
 
Additional information

16. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or close the prize draw without prior notice, in extreme circumstances.

18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.

19. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any prize.

20. Trademarks, logos, product and retailer names are the property of their respective owner. 

21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on the laws or England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
 
How we use your data

22. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Click here for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Data specifically relating to the prize draw will be stored for 3 months after the closing date before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by contacting Santander UK. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
