1.    Entry is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Santander UK plc who are directly involved with the prize draw.
2.    The Promoter is Santander UK plc (“the Promoter”).
3.    Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.
4.    There are 7 prizes in total (“the Prize”). 2 x prizes for Business Banking customers and 5 x prizes for Personal Banking customers, 1 of which will be awarded to a participant from the Silverstone Fan zone event. Each prize includes:

• 2 x Grandstand tickets to FORMULA 1 TAG HEUER GRAND PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2026
  • Tickets are for the whole weekend, Friday 11 September – Sunday 13 inclusive. 
• 2 x return flights from London Heathrow airport to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. 
  • Outbound flights: 10/09/2026. Inbound flights: 14/09/2026
• Four nights’ accommodation at a 4* hotel close to the airport and event.
• Airport transfers and daily transfers to and from the Madring Madrid circuit.

Winners will be chosen at random, with the prizes being drawn as ordered above.

5.    The prize doesn’t include:

• Refreshments or meals at the FORMULA 1 TAG HEUER GRAND PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2026 GRAND PRIX.
• Any Visa arrangements or processing.
• Fees related to flight document changes.
• Travel insurance.
• Travel to or from London Heathrow airport.

6.    Winners travelling from outside of the UK must obtain their own comprehensive travel insurance to include trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and any unforeseen disruptions.
7.    No cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered.
8.   In order to be entered into the prize draw, you must:

• Open an eligible personal current account or business current account in June or July 2026. Eligible accounts are:
  • Everyday Current Account;
  • Santander Edge current account;
  • Santander Edge Up current account;
  • Santander Edge Explorer current account; and
  • Any Santander Business Current Account.
• Pay in at least £500 to this account by midnight 31/07/2026.
• Have opted in to the prize draw by midnight 31/07/2026. You can do this in two ways:
  • Via Products & Offers in the Santander mobile banking app (personal customer only).
  • Via interstitials in the mobile app or online banking.
• Keep your account(s) open until the winners are drawn.

9.    You and your guest must be aged 18 or older and both be residents of UK. You must be available to attend on the date(s) provided to you if you’re selected as a winner and you must be in the United Kingdom on a date of the flight departure
10.    The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 31/07/2026. 
11.    Only 1 entry can be made per person.
12.    The winners will be randomly selected and notified by telephone and email by 14/08/2026. Winners need to accept the prize and confirm the names of both travellers by 19/08/2026. Full details and travel itinerary will be provided by a representative of Santander UK once the prize has been accepted.
13.    If we are unable to contact a winner by telephone, or a winner does not accept their prize by 19/08/2026, the prize will be returned to Santander UK PLC and a new winner will be drawn.  
14.    The winner’s surname and county will be available on request after 14/08/2026 for 365 days subject to the winners’ consent. The winner’s information and winning entry (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute.
15.    If the winner consents, the promoter may publish their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
16.    The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17.    The Prize will be provided by Santander UK plc. The Prize is transferable at the winner’s discretion and subject to approval by Santander UK.
18.    The Promoter reserves the right to amend or close the prize draw without prior notice, in extreme circumstances, and the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
19.    The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
20.    To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any prize.
21.    Trademarks, logos, product and retailer names are the property of their respective owner.  
22.    Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on the laws or England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
23.    The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. This may include sharing your personal data with third party travel and accommodation providers for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling travel and accommodation. This may involve the transfer of your personal data outside the UK, including to countries which may not provide the same level of data protection, in which case appropriate safeguards will be applied in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.  Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation, including in relation to international transfers. You can view the Promoter’s Privacy Policy online. Non-winning entrant’s data will be stored for 3 months after the closing date, until 31/10/2026, and then be deleted. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies corrected, by contacting Santander UK plc. 24.    Participants in the promotion agree to be bound by the INSTITUCIÓN FERIAL DE MADRID’s (the “Event Organiser”) event terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Event Organiser, event personnel and staff and its agents, each reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or revoke full or partial access to the event, to any winner and/or guests who do not comply with the Event Organiser's terms and conditions.
25.    Formula One World Championship Limited and its related companies (“F1”) and the Event Organiser each are not responsible for or involved in the organisation, development, execution or results of this promotion. This promotion is organised exclusively by Santander UK Plc. Therefore, F1 and the Event Organiser each assume no responsibility for any aspect related to the dynamics of the promotion, including but not limited to, the selection of winners, the awarding of the prize, or any inconvenience that may arise during the promotion. Any queries, complaints or concerns regarding the promotion should be directed directly to Santander UK Plc , and not F1 or the Event Organiser. F1 and the Event Organiser, including any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, each waive any liability arising from the promotion and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the promotion.
