You can’t opt out of paper-free banking right now

Sorry, it’s after the opt-out date. So it’s too late to stop your mortgage account going paper-free.

But don’t worry -  we’ll send you an email once it’s happened. And after that, you can change back to get things by post at any time.

You’ll be able to change your settings from where you are in Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app.

Or, if you prefer, you can visit a branch or call us on 0330 9 123 123. We’re available over the phone Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 9am-6pm.
