Terms and Conditions for credit and debit card cashback promotion 9 December 2025 – 31 December 2025 

Summary terms

• Open to Santander personal debit and credit Mastercard customers resident in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 18+ only.  
• The ‘promotional period’ will be 9 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.
• Eligible accounts can earn £10 cashback by completing 5 or more eligible purchases within the promotional period.
• Cashback is per account, not customer. Joint account holders and additional card holders can complete some or all of the 5 transactions, but only one £10 payment will be received per account.
• Only ‘eligible purchases’ which are cleared transactions will be counted for the cashback promotion. More information on what classifies as an eligible purchase can be found in the full Terms and Conditions.
• To be eligible, you must have received the promotional email or pop up message in Mobile or Online Banking sent by us regarding this offer.

By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the cashback campaign Terms and Conditions. Please keep a copy for your information. 

Eligibility
Open to Santander personal debit and credit Mastercard customers resident in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 18+ only.

Eligible purchases can be made using any of your Santander debit or credit cards. The 5 purchases can be split across multiple cards. For example, 2 on your debit card and 3 on your credit card.

To qualify for the payment of £10, you must complete 5 or more eligible purchases within the promotional period.

Cashback is per account, not customer. Joint account holders and additional card holders can complete some or all of the 5 transactions, but only one £10 payment will be received per account.

Promotional period
The promotion will run from 12am on Tuesday 9 December to 11.59pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025. Only cleared transactions made during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion cashback. Spend outside the promotional period won’t be considered for the promotion cashback. 
 
Eligible purchases
‘Eligible purchases’ are purchases of goods and services. Eligible purchases don’t include balance transfers, cash advances, travellers’ cheques, foreign currency and money orders, interest, unauthorised or fraudulent transactions, account charges of any kind (if applicable), advances used for lottery or gambling payments, or Direct Debits or standing orders paid into the account.
 
Payment

• Purchases can be seen on the list of your transactions in Online and Mobile Banking. It will also appear within your monthly statement.
• Payment of the £10 incentive will be credited only to open accounts.
• The £10 payment will be awarded after the promotional period and will be credited to qualifying customers’ accounts by 31 January 2026. It will appear under the transaction description ‘PROMOTIONAL PAYMENT’.
• No cash alternative is available.

Data Protection
Santander will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will be kept secure and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Data will be stored for 3 months after the closing date before deletion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

Santander reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the offer at any time.
