How does the Uber Voucher offer work?
If you’re new to Santander, you may be eligible for two £20 Uber Vouchers when you open a Rewards Credit Card from 9th July 2026.
Vouchers can be used towards Uber rides and Uber Eats orders, including grocery deliveries. Vouchers are not redeemable for the purchase of alcohol.
Am I eligible?
The offer is open to non-Santander customers. If you have any other Santander product, for example a current account, mortgage, credit card, or any other type of account with us, you won’t be eligible.
How do I qualify for the first £20 voucher?
Within 30 days of opening your Rewards Credit Card you must:
- Activate your card
- Add it to your digital wallet – Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Garmin Pay
- Make at least 10 purchases with your Rewards Credit Card, using either your digital wallet or physical card
- Have your Rewards Credit Card open at the time we invite you to claim your voucher
How do I qualify for the second £20 voucher?
Your Rewards Credit Card must stay open 30 days after you claim your first £20 Uber Voucher.
When will I receive my Uber Voucher?
We’ll check your account 30 days after you open it. If you meet the offer criteria above, we’ll email you a unique voucher code within 30 days.
You’ll have to visit an online voucher portal hosted by our partner TLC, where you’ll register to claim your voucher.
Enter your name, valid email address and the voucher code. TLC will email you a link to claim your voucher. The link is one-time use only and will add a voucher to your Uber account. If you don’t already have the Uber or Uber Eats App, you’ll be prompted to download it.
The invitation for the second £20 Uber Voucher will be sent via email from TLC, 30 days after you claim the first voucher.
Do I need to use them by a certain date?
Yes. For each Uber Voucher, register on the TLC voucher portal within 60 days of being invited to claim. Once each voucher has been added to your Uber account, you’ll have 3 months to use it.
Good to know
To get the discount you must select the voucher as a payment method in the Uber App or Uber Eats App before you request your trip/order.
An Uber Voucher is only valid for rides requested/orders placed using an applicable Uber App. Taxes, fees, and tips will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher is greater than the total order amount.
There are a limited number of Uber Vouchers available. The offer is non-transferable, subject to change or cancellation and can be withdrawn at any time.

If you qualify for the offer, you’ll receive an email from Santander inviting you to claim your Uber Voucher. You must provide an email address during your credit card application otherwise you won’t be eligible for the offer.
