My Home Manager

My Home Manager is available to all Santander customers, even if you don’t have a Santander mortgage product. It’s built to help you run your home for less and make it more energy efficient. You’ll see:
- your estimated home value and equity (Santander mortgage only)
- your home energy performance certificate (EPC)
- hints and tips on how to save energy and reduce bills
- broadband, TV and mobile deals in your area
- ideas for furnishing your home
- checklists to help you move home and keep on top of maintenance and
- deals on renewable energy technologies like solar panels.

You just need our Mobile Banking app to use it.
- Log on and tap ‘More options’ on your home screen or tap on 'Menu' on the top right hand corner.
- Then tap on ‘My Home Manager’.
If you have a Santander mortgage, you can see more information about it by tapping on 'My Home Manager' in the mortgage overview screen.
