Action Fraud

If you think you you've been a victim of a scam or fraud, report it immediately to Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or online.
 

If you’ve been a victim of investment scam, you should also report it to the Financial Conduct Authority on 0800 111 6768 or online.


If you've been contacted by someone claiming to be from Santander and you're unsure, always remember that we'll never ask you for your full security details, or ask you to transfer your money out of your account. If you're still not sure, wait ten minutes before calling us or, if you can, use a different phone line.
