Would you recognise a call from a scammer?

A scammer impersonating Santander called Russell and his team at Consolid8 Logistics. However, with our support, they had the right internal process in place to recognise something wasn’t right. Watch how Russell and his team dealt with the scammer.

Our advice to protect your business:

  • Don’t share passwords or security codes with anyone.
  • Don’t allow anyone remote access to your computers or devices.
  • If you receive contact out of the blue to say your account is at risk, hang up.

Independent service quality survey results

Published February 2025

As part of a regulatory requirement, an independent survey was conducted to ask customers (approximately 1,200 in Great Britain and approximately 600 in Northern Ireland of each of the largest business current account providers (16 in Great Britain and 5 in Northern Ireland) if they would recommend their provider to other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.
