Talking cash machines
All our branches have talking cash machines. These were developed in collaboration with the Digital Accessibility Centre.
This means they have:
- neurodiverse friendly colour schemes to support cognitive needs
- raised elements on the number keypad to help navigation and keep your PIN safe
a way to connect your headphones so you can get voice assistance.
Signature stamps
You can use a signature stamp instead of writing out your signature.
You can call us on 0330 123 9860 (freephone) or ask in your local branch.
Accessible bank cards
Our cards are now portrait instead of landscape to make them more practical. We've also added a notch at the bottom-left of our cards so you know which way to use it. Debit cards and credit cards have different notches so you can tell the difference.
Each type of card has its own strong colour to help tell them apart. Debit cards are red, credit cards are black, and cash cards are blue.
