Our Corporate and Commercial Client Services team are here to support you with your day-to-day banking needs.  You can call the team on 0333 207 2229. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.

  • General account information and transaction enquiries
  • Ordering account stationery, such as cheque and paying-in books
  • Management of Direct Debits and standing orders
  • Transferring money between your accounts
  • Statement requests and changes to your statement delivery
  • Reporting of lost or stolen cards, as well as ordering of replacement cards

 

Our team aim to deal with requests immediately, but where we can’t we’ll take ownership and keep you informed. 


Online and mobile services

If you’ve registered for online banking already, you can log on using the link at the top of the page. Connect, our online banking system, allows you to view account information, manage cashflow and make payments.*
