No matter how you get in touch with us, we'll never ask you to tell us your security information, such as:
- your PIN
- One Time Passcodes (OTP)
- your full password.

Next Generation Text Service
You can use the Next Generation Text Service with your smartphone, tablet or computer. This lets you type to a text-relay assistant who will speak to one of our advisers on your behalf.
British Sign Language
We can request a British Sign Language interpreter to attend meetings with your Relationship Director. As well as other members of bank staff. We’ll find one using Action on Hearing Loss. And we'll try to arrange it for you as quickly as possible.
Relay UK
We offer the Relay UK service for people who find it hard to talk or difficult to hear using standard phone lines. Call us using a text phone on 18001 + 0800 085 0937.
Hearing loops
We have hearing loops fitted in Corporate Business Centres to help you if you use a hearing aid.
Assistance dogs
We allow assistance dogs in all of our sites.
Signly
Signly provides free British Sign Language (BSL) translations for websites.
