  • Elavon's customer support line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - 0345 850 0195 (Calls cost between 0p and 7p per minute plus your telephone company’s network access charge -which can be up to 30p for mobiles).

  • Elavon’s engineers will provide training when they install your terminal to help get you started.

  • You will have access to your own free online reporting tool to monitor your account.
