Cashback rates

Cashback is calculated on the first £4000 of card turnover during the first full 12 months on the Elavon merchant account.

The cashback rate is calculated on the annual card turnover.​​​​

Cashback example

Annual card turnover = £200,000
Cashback rate = 2%
Total cashback = 2% x £4000 = £80

Cashback conditions

  • Your card turnover is the money processed through your Elavon merchant account. Cashback is calculated during the promotional period which is the first 12 full months from the first transaction date on the Elavon account. Then, your cashback will be paid into your Santander 1|2|3 Business Current Account within 30 calendar days of the end of the promotional period. 
  • To be eligible, you must be a 1|2|3 Business World customer when you open your Elavon account. The Elavon account must be settled into a Santander 1|2|3 Business Current Account and must not be closed before the end of the promotional period.

Installation

Elavon’s engineers will provide training when they install your terminal to help get you started.

You’ll have access to your own online reporting tool to monitor your account.
