Register your device

Step 1

Open and log on to Mobile Business Banking.
You’ll need to have the most up-to-date version of the app.

Step 2

In the app, we’ll ask you to finish registering your device by sending you a One Time Passcode (OTP).

Step 3

Check your details are correct and tap ‘Continue’.
We’ll then send an OTP to the mobile phone that’s registered to your account.

Step 4

If the number that’s registered to your account is incorrect, tap ‘Change your number’.
You’ll need to make sure the number is right so you can get your OTP.

Step 5

Enter your OTP and tap ‘Continue’. Never share an OTP with another person, not even a Santander employee.

Step 6

Your device will now complete the registration process to register the app.

Step 7

Registration is complete when you see the message ‘Use Face ID/Touch ID/Biometrics to log on’.
If you don’t use any of these, then you can just log on as you normally would using your existing details.
