Step 1
- Log on to the Business Banking Mobile app.

Step 2
- You'll be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy to continue.

Step 3
- Then, you might be asked to enter your Personal ID. This lets us know who is trying to log on.

Step 4
- You might be asked to confirm it's you. To do this, we may send you a text message or email.
- Please confirm your details are correct by tapping ‘Confirm details and continue’.

Step 5
- You'll be verified using different methods. This might be your Security Number or something else. You should never share any of these details with anyone else, even Santander staff.
- If you can't remember your Security Number, you can tap 'Forgotten details?’

Step 6
- You’ll be asked to enter a One Time Passcode sent to you by text message.

Step 7
- Once we’ve confirmed your identity, the device registration will take place.

Step 8
- You can choose to log on with Fingerprint, Touch ID or Face ID (with compatible devices).
- You’ll be able to set up your biometric preferences and use them to log on and/or approve transactions.
- You can also continue to log on using your security number by selecting the option ‘No, use my Security Number’.
- When you tap ‘Continue’ the device registration will take place and you’ll be able to access the app.
