First time log on
To log on to the Mobile Business Banking app, you’ll need to enter your Personal ID (previously called Customer Number). If you’ve forgotten this, tap ‘Forgotten details?’
Next, enter your 5-digit security number (previously called registration number) and tap ‘Continue’ to log on. If you’ve forgotten this, tap ‘Forgotten details?’
You can also choose to log on with Fingerprint, Touch ID or Face ID (with compatible devices).
For iOS devices, you can log in with Face ID (which scans your face) or Touch ID (which scans your fingerprint). If you already have one of these set up on your device, you’ll be invited to set it up on our app.
For Android devices, you’ll be invited to set up biometrics for our app.
If you don’t have Face ID, Touch ID or Fingerprint set up on your device, you’ll see a message asking you to set up one of them first.
You’ll now be able to log on to our app using Face ID, Touch ID or Fingerprint.
