The results of Banco Santander for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025 were also released and can be found at www.santander.com. Santander UK’s results are included within Banco Santander’s financial statements on a Banco Santander reporting basis. The results of Santander UK in the United Kingdom differ from those reported by Banco Santander, due to different accounting treatments, consolidation adjustments and the treatment of the Banco Santander London Branch. The Banco Santander London Branch is not part of Santander UK but is included in the Banco Santander results for the United Kingdom.
