Santander UK won Gold for Best Complaints Management Team at this year’s European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) held at a ceremony in Battersea Park, London.
The Best Complaints Management Team award recognises Santander UK’s complaints teams’ outstanding commitment to continually improving customers’ experience.
