Customers of Santander are set to benefit when the bank officially opens its flagship lounge for Santander Private Banking, Select and Business customers at 77, Piccadilly, London, W1J 8AY on 18th January 2019. In a first for Santander, the lounge will be a space dedicated to the banks’ new and existing Santander Private Banking, Select and Business customers, allowing them to access all the wealth solutions the bank offers in one place.
The new lounge is located in Devonshire House, a historic landmark building that served as the headquarters of the War Damage Commission during World War II. The lounge area, situated on the first floor of the building, is designed to provide a relaxed and professional space for customers to receive expert advice on all products from specialist staff. Alongside investment and banking advice, customers will also be able to consult with a specialist Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
Santander’s Private Banking, Select and Business banking services are designed to meet the needs of the bank’s wealthiest customers and business owners.
Customers can qualify for Santander’s Private Banking Services if they have savings of over £500,000 or an income of £250,000. They can access tailored solutions including planning, guidance and financing services, through a team of over 40 Private Bankers.
The launch of the lounge follows other innovative developments, such as the 123 Business Current Account, which offers cashback to business owners on their annual turnover of up to £300 a year.
Charlotte Platts, Head of Wealth at Santander said: “Santander branches are an important part of many communities and we realise the importance of tailoring the experience to suit different customer’s needs. The new lounge is part of our ongoing commitment to our wealth customers, many of whom play a vital role in their own local communities through job creation and investment.
“The introduction of this new lounge underlines our ambition to deliver a complete range of wealth solutions for all our customers’ needs under one roof.”
