Santander UK notes the publication of the results of the 2018 stress tests conducted on six major UK banks and one building society by the Bank of England. For the third year in a row, Santander UK had the lowest stressed CET1 ratio impact of all participating firms, demonstrating our resilient balance sheet and prudent approach to risk. As a result of the exercise, the Bank of England does not require Santander UK to undertake any actions.

Carers’ Support (Bexley), has received £5,000 to fund a specialist benefits advice service for carers. The service is aimed at those carers who are struggling financially due to the requirements of their caring role, giving them the confidence and experience to become financially stable.
