  • We’ll send your statements and other important information to your e-Documents section in Online Banking.
  • Once your account has been open for 24 hours you can ask to receive your statements and important information by post using Online Banking, in one of our branches or by phone.

If you are changing your account on behalf of other applicants you must have their authority to act on their behalf.
