Information in the app uses small tokens to track how you use it. These tokens are private and can’t be shared with another app.
When our app shares online content with you, it uses ‘webview’. Webview is where a link in the app opens a browser window to display content from websites. Cookies can be stored in a webview in the same way they are stored in a browser setting. Each webview is unique per app. This means we can’t share cookie information with other apps or with the device’s mobile web browser.
The tables below show you what cookies and similar technologies we use. Some of these last for the ‘session’, meaning they only exist during the time you use the app and stop working once you close the app. Others are ‘persistent’ and stay on your device after you’ve visited the app.
