Freeze cards

Step 1

  • To get started, tap ‘Cards’ from the bottom menu within the Home screen.
  • This feature is only available for Business debit and Personal debit and credit cards.

Step 2

  • Once you’re in the cards section, you’ll need to select the card that you want to freeze and tap the ‘Freeze card’ option.

Step 3

  •  Once you tap on it, you’ll get a warning about what will happen if you freeze your card.
  • If you want to proceed, tap ‘Freeze’.

Step 4

  • To unfreeze your card, repeat the same journey by tapping on ‘Unfreeze card’.
