Re-access with new log on details

Step 1

  • When you get new log on details you can activate these in the app by tapping ‘Log on’.

Step 2

  • You'll be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions to continue.

Step 3

  • Then you’ll be asked to enter your Personal ID, which would have been sent to you by post or by email.

Step 4

  • Tap the button to confirm you've got your log on credentials.
  • If you don’t have these, please call us.

Step 5

  • Once you have checked your details and everything is correct, tap 'Confirm'.
    • If you need to update your details, tap 'Update details'.
  • If you see a message saying your mobile number isn't registered or your email address needs to be confirmed, you'll need to tap ‘Update your details?’.

Step 6

  • You might be asked to confirm your identity using your passport or another form of photo ID. You can tap ‘Next’ to do this.
  • If you’re unable to do this, you can tap 'Remind me later’ and we’ll ask you to do this another time.  

Step 7

  • If you choose not to use your ID now, we’ll remind you about this later.
  • You can tap ‘Confirm my identity’ to do an ID check, or ‘Remind me later’ to authenticate you in a different way.    

Step 8

  • You’ll then be asked to enter your temporary Security Number, which would have been sent to you by post.

Step 9

  • Next, you’ll need to create a new Security Number.
  • Please keep this safe.
  • You’ll log on with the new Security Number.

Step 10

  • The screen will load and take you through to the app’s home page.
