Step 1
- You can change your business telephone number in the business app. Tap on the menu in the top right-hand corner.

- Tap 'My details'.

- Tap ‘My business details’.

- From the dropdown, select the business you want to change details for.
- Confirm that you have the correct business by tapping ‘Yes’, then tap ‘Continue’.
Step 5
- Tap on the phone number shown.
Step 6
- If you tapped on your business phone number in ‘My business details’, you’ll start the process to change your business phone number.
- Enter your new business phone number in the box.
- You can then tap ‘Continue’.
- You’ll only see your preferred number here. Any new mobile number you give us won’t change where we send your One Time Passcodes (OTPs). If you need to change your OTP number, you’ll need to call us.
Step 7
- You'll be able to see the new phone number you've entered.
- If this is correct, you can tick the box to confirm this before tapping ‘Confirm change’.
Step 8
- We'll then ask you to read and confirm the declaration. When you’re happy, you can tick the box to confirm this before tapping ‘Confirm’.
- You may receive a message here to advise that we already have the telephone number captured. If you want to change your preferred telephone number, please call us.
