Change your email address

Step 1

  • You can change your business email address in the business app. Tap on the menu in the top right-hand corner. 

Step 2

  • Tap ‘My details'.                                       

Step 3

  • Tap ‘My business details’.                       

Step 4

  • From the dropdown, select the business you want to change details for.
  • Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm you have the correct business, then tap ‘Continue’. 

Step 5

  • Tap on the email address displayed.      

Step 6

  • If you tapped on your business email in ‘My business details’, you’ll start the process to change your business email address.
  • Enter your new business email address in the box.
  • You can then tap ‘Continue’.

Step 7

  • You'll be able to see the new email address you have entered.
  • If this is correct you can tick the box to confirm this before tapping ‘Confirm change’.
  • You may receive a message here to advise that we already have the email address captured. If you want to change your preferred email address, please call us.

Step 8

  • We'll then ask you to read and confirm the declaration. When you’re happy, tick the box to confirm this before tapping ‘Confirm'.
