Change your email address

Step 1

You can change your business email address in the business app. Tap on the menu in the top right-hand corner.

Step 2

Tap ‘My details'.

Step 3

Tap ‘My business details’.

Step 4

From the dropdown, select the business you want to change details for.
Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm you have the correct business, then tap ‘Continue’.

Step 5

Tap on the email address displayed.

Step 6

If you tapped on your business email in ‘My business details’, you’ll start the process to change your business email address.
Enter your new business email address in the box.
You can then tap ‘Continue’.

Step 7

You'll be able to see the new email address you have entered.
If this is correct you can tick the box to confirm this before tapping ‘Confirm change’.
You may receive a message here to advise that we already have the email address captured. If you want to change your preferred email address, please call us.

Step 8

We'll then ask you to read and confirm the declaration. When you’re happy, tick the box to confirm this before tapping ‘Confirm'.
