Step 1
- To get started, tap ‘Cards’ from the bottom menu within the home screen.
- This feature is only available for business debit and personal debit and credit cards.
Step 2
- Once you’re in the cards section, you’ll need to tap the ‘Card controls’ shortcut.
Step 3
- Here, you can choose to turn your card control settings on or off by tapping on the toggle button. If the toggle button has a tick, it's on. If it has a cross, it's off.
- For international payments, if you’re travelling outside the EU, let us know so we can place a note on your account.
- You can always come back to check the settings of your chosen card and update them as you wish.
Step 4
Only relevant to gambling blocks
- When removing the gambling block, you’ll be informed that you need to wait 48-hours before you can use the card to gamble.
- You’ll need to tap on ‘Activate’ to remove the gambling block and you’ll be able to see when the gambling block ends on the ‘Card controls’ screen.
- Once the 48-hour cooling off period has ended, you'll be able to make gambling transactions and the toggle button will turn on.
