Santander has announced that from today (Monday 27 October), it is reducing its residential and buy-to-let fixed rates across its New Business and Product Transfer ranges.

Santander UK has today announced the launch of a new Home Energy Saving Tool, which will allow homeowners to review their home’s energy efficiency and receive a personalised action plan to identify what improvements can be made, and how they can help reduce their household bills in the long term.

Santander UK is today launching its latest ‘Santander Quarterly Scamtracker’, which shows that a total of £16.7 million was stolen from customers between July and September 2025, a 7% increase on the figure reported by the bank in Q2.
