Santander announces new partnership with Nottingham Trent University for degree level and mba apprenticeships

  • NTU to deliver Santander’s Digital and Technology Solutions Degree programme from October 2019 and the bank’s first MBA apprenticeship scheme.

Santander has today announced a new partnership with Nottingham Trent University (NTU) as the bank’s primary apprenticeship partner for Degree level programmes.

NTU will deliver Santander’s Digital and Technology Solutions Degree programme from October 2019. The programme offers 20 candidates the opportunity to complete a four year apprenticeship resulting in a Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions. NTU will also work with Santander in creating the bank’s first MBA apprenticeship programme.

The new agreement builds on a relationship which NTU has had with Santander Universities since 2012. This division of the bank focuses on Santander’s commitment to higher education through partnerships with over 1,200 universities around the world and has provided NTU with support which has so far benefitted over 1,000 students from the university in in a variety of areas including accessibility to education, employability and entrepreneurship.

We are delighted to be able to build on this and become the official apprenticeships partner of Santander. We greatly value our existing relationship with Santander Universities which has benefited students and graduates and now look forward to welcoming their apprentices to our campuses.”
