If you’ve requested a new deal and we’ve emailed you your unique offer reference, you can now log in to view and accept your Conversion Offer. Before you accept your new deal we suggest you review the important information contained within the documents below.
Important information
Please find below the current edition of our Standard Mortgages Term and Conditions, Terms of Business, Tariff of Mortgage Charges and Account Fee. These replace any previous versions that currently apply to your mortgage with us, and will form part of your mortgage contract.

About our services
If your transfer was completed by an Independent Financial Adviser then you’ll have received information on their services and any fees that may apply from them.
If you’ve transferred your mortgage product directly with Santander; please be aware that:

  • we only offer our own mortgages;
  • there is no fee for this service. Your Conversion Offer will tell you about any fees relating to your particular mortgage.

What to do next
For the product transfer to take place, one of the account holders must log in and confirm their acceptance to the Conversion Offer before the date provided in your email. Any account holder can accept on behalf of all parties.
Please note, we send an offer every time you apply, so make sure you retrieve the Offer for the deal you want to accept.
