Your mortgage – from the comfort of your own home
You can now have a face-to-face mortgage appointment by video. Talk to one of our expert Mortgage Advisers from your own home or from a video-enabled branch.
How does it work?
First you’ll need to answer some questions about your monthly income and outgoings. You can do this online or over the phone. Then, you’ll be asked to provide some supporting documents which you can scan or photograph.
We’ll then arrange a time for your video mortgage appointment. You and our Mortgage Adviser will be able to see each other on screen so that you can discuss your mortgage. The appointment can be done from home, on your own device, or at a video-enabled branch. Find your nearest video-enabled branch
What devices can I use?
If you’re connecting from home you can connect with your PC, laptop or mobile device. Mac users will need to use Chrome or Firefox to connect. If you’re using Internet Explorer, you’ll be asked to download a plugin.
