Hugh James can talk you through the different types of wills available to meet your financial and family circumstances. They’re specialists in writing wills and will give advice on:
- How to structure your will
- The appointment of executors to administer your affairs
- The appointment of guardians for any minors, and
- How to sign your will.
Fees start at £90 for a single will or £126 for a pair of mirror wills. There are other options available which Hugh James will take you through so that you can choose the option which best suits your needs. Santander doesn’t receive commission from Hugh James for this service.
Lasting Power of Attorney
Appointing a Lasting Power of Attorney means someone else can make decisions about your welfare, money or property if illness or incapacity prevents you from doing so. Getting things in place now allows you to choose someone you trust to protect your wellbeing in the future.
There are different Lasting Power of Attorney options available. Hugh James can talk you through all of them. Prices start at £250 for a single Lasting Power of Attorney. Santander doesn’t receive commission from Hugh James for this service.
