With our UK-based team on hand until 9pm on week nights and on Saturday mornings, it's easy to fit your banking in around your business with Telephone Banking.

Servicing lines are open between 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. Sales lines are open between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

  • get answers to any queries you might have about your accounts

  • transfer money

  • check your balance

  • order a statement

  • set up or cancel standing orders and Direct Debits

  • order a new card or PIN

  • pay bills.

At other times you can leave a message and we'll call you back by 1pm the next working day.

You’ll just need your Customer ID and Security Number to use this service. If you’ve forgotten these details, please speak to a member of staff.

Get started
If you have a debit card, you can use Telephone Banking now by entering the 16-digit number on your card and your date of birth.

If you don't have a debit card
You can get a Business ID and Telephone Banking Number by calling us on 0800 731 6666. We are available 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm Saturdays.

Using Telephone Banking is easy
When you call 0800 731 6666 we'll ask you to enter your Business ID and Telephone Banking Number or your 16 digit card number and your date of birth. Then simply follow the instructions to do your banking.
