Paper statements

We've changed how often we send out paper statements so in future, if you receive paper statements for your current account, you'll get them once every  three months.

This means you'll continue receiving a monthly paper statement until at least May 2017. You'll receive a paper statement once every three months starting in August 2017, covering a three month period, unless you tell us that you'd like to receive paper statements every month.
