Santander launches SignVideo

We’ve partnered with SignVideo to launch a new service to support our Deaf customers who use British Sign Language (BSL).

We’re very pleased to be launching a Video Relay Service to make it easier for our Deaf customers to contact us. If you use British Sign Language, you can now speak to us through a British Sign Language interpreter via a free and secure video link provided in partnership with SignVideo.
