Call 0800 731 0666. We're open 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm Saturdays.

Remember, you use the same details to log on to Mobile Business Banking as you would for Online Business Banking. You must have logged on to Online Business Banking at least once to be able to log on to Mobile Business Banking.

  • You need your log on details every time you use Mobile Business Banking

  • If you're logged on but don't use Mobile Business Banking for 5 minutes, we log you out automatically

  • Anything sent to or from your phone using the app or bb.santander.co.uk is encrypted so third parties can't read or understand it.

If you already use Online Business Banking you can log on to Mobile Business Banking with your usual details. There are two ways to get banking on the go: using an app or going to our dedicated mobile site.

How to use Mobile Business Banking

  • To make Mobile Business Banking as easy to use as possible you’ll see your accounts listed as soon as you log on.

     

    To transact or view more details of your business banking or savings accounts simply click on your chosen account and you will be shown the range of options available.

     

    Remember, when you log on to Mobile Business Banking you will also be able to see your personal current, savings and credit card accounts.

  • See the balances of your business current accounts and savings accounts.

    • Select the account you want to check

    • You will see details of the accounts you hold with us (account number, sort code, current balance and available balance)

  • Check your business current accounts and saving accounts between dates over the last 4 years.

    • Select the account you want to view

    • You will see a list of transactions which you can scroll down

    • Click on specific transactions to see more details

  • Find specific transactions in your business current accounts and savings accounts.

    • Select the account you want to view

    • Scroll down and click on 'Search by date' and you’ll be able to select the dates you want to search

    • Confirm by clicking 'Submit'

  • See which text or email alerts you have set up on your accounts. There are three alerts that you can set up from your mobile, showing: your weekly balance; when your balance goes above an amount you specify; and when your balance goes below an amount you specify, and there are even more alerts available to set up within Online Business Banking.

    • Select the account you'd like to view

    • Scroll down and select the 'Alerts' button

    • You will see a screen showing the alerts that you have set up

    • You will also see a 'Set up a new alert' button

    • Choose your alert fill in account, frequency and phone number details and confirm. You will see a summary of the alert you’re setting up, click 'Confirm' again

  • Use our branch locator to find your nearest branch or search for a specific branch.

Frequently asked questions

  • Check your connection
    Mobile Banking will only work if you’re connected to the internet. Check you have a connection before trying to log on again.

     

    If you’re using the Business Banking app, check you’ve installed the latest updates
    You can do this by going to your app store on your phone.

     

    iPhone app users - iOS8 upgrade notice
    We are aware a small number of our business customers using the iPhone app may experience problems if they haven’t downloaded the latest version of our iPhone app, before updating to iOS8 (Apple’s latest operating system).

     

    If your app crashes when opening or you struggle to log on, download the latest version of our iPhone app which is now available in the App store.

     

    Problems with your log on details
    Reset your details by calling 0800 731 6666, 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm Saturday.

    Call the Mobile Banking Helpdesk on 0845 600 1264, 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday.

  • There's no need to worry. Our system is set up to ensure that your accounts remain secure in these circumstances.

     

    If you didn't receive a confirmation that your transaction was successful then log back on when your signal returns and check. If it doesn't show on your recent transactions, simply make the transaction again.

  • They'll be able to see your business transactions within Mobile Business Banking using their own log on details. Your employee won't be able to make transactions on your business account. If your employee is also a Santander personal banking customer, they'll be able to see their own personal accounts, along with your business accounts in the same place.

  • If you'd like to remove an employee's access to your Mobile Business Banking, you can fill in a change of details form. Once the form has been processed, the employee will no longer have access to your account and Online Business Banking. If you want to reinstate their access, you'll need to complete and return the change of details form Opens in a new window again.
